Not a bad week overall, although I missed a three miler on Sunday to help a friend with moving an elliptical she bought on Craigslist (as one of my housemates said, I was her “heavy”). I’m glad that I’ve been able to maintain some consistency with my yoga practice, and I’d like to get myself into the habit of practicing at least twice a week.
